Ferenic relayed the terms that Rauour had issued. The council members sat in silence for what seemed like eternity, each man mulling over what they thought the Northern Tribe’s reaction should be.

“I think we should evacuate to the mountains. At least there we’ll have an advantage,” one of the men said, standing up as he did so. Two more stood as well, but remained silent – A sign that they agreed with the man’s opinion.

Another man soon stood. “We should send the women and children to the temple for certain, but I believe our army should wait here, and ambush their bloody army!”

Several other men stood at his cry, one of them adding “Send them straight to hell!”

Before long, All of the council members, Ferenic and Elek included, decided the women and children would be relocated to the Monastary, with a provisional guard to protect them while the rest of the monks and soldiers hid within the parks and in the attics of homes, waiting for the invasion force that was due to come. Within a few days, all of the preparations and re-locations were made, and the Northern Tribes awaited the invasion force of Rauour and Alexander of the Varos.
